Required to scan QR codes on Mochen products. The camera is used solely for barcode/QR code scanning functionality. We do not capture, store, or transmit any images or videos.

Location (Optional)

Used to auto-fill your city information during profile setup. Location data is not tracked or stored continuously. You can manually enter your city if you prefer not to grant location access.

Notifications (Optional)

To send you important updates about your account, withdrawal status, promotional offers, and new features. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

Internet Access

Required for the app to communicate with our servers, process QR scans, update your points balance, and handle withdrawal requests.

Note: You can manage app permissions at any time through your device settings. Denying certain permissions may limit some app functionality.

  • Razorpay: To process withdrawal payments. Razorpay receives your bank details only when you request a withdrawal. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to their handling of your data.
