Mochen Rewards Program - Effective Date: January 2025

1. Rewards Program Terms

Welcome to the Mochen Rewards Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • The Mochen Rewards Program is operated by Mochen ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
  • Participation in the rewards program is free of charge.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
  • One account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may result in disqualification.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
  • Points have no cash value until they are successfully withdrawn to your bank account.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel points earned through fraudulent means.

2. Earning Points

Points can be earned through the following methods:

  • QR Code Scanning: Scan valid QR codes on Mochen products to earn points.
  • Point Ratio: Points are calculated at a ratio of 10:1 (10 product points = 1 reward point = ₹1).
  • One-Time Use: Each QR code can only be scanned once. Attempting to scan a used QR code will result in an error.
  • Instant Credit: Points are credited to your account immediately upon successful scan.

Important: QR codes that have been disabled by the administrator cannot be scanned and will not award points. Only genuine Mochen product QR codes are valid.

3. Redeeming Points

  • Conversion Rate: 10 points = ₹1 (Indian Rupees)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: ₹100 (1,000 points minimum required)
  • Maximum Withdrawal: As per available point balance
  • Withdrawal Method: Direct bank transfer via Razorpay
  • Processing Time: 3-7 business days after approval

Note: Bank details provided must be accurate. The Company is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect bank information provided by the user.

4. Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Withdrawal Process

  • Submit a withdrawal request through the Mochen Rewards app.
  • Provide accurate bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name).
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • Once approved, payments are processed via Razorpay payment gateway.

4.2 Withdrawal Status

  • Pending: Request submitted and awaiting review.
  • Approved: Request approved and payment initiated.
  • Completed: Payment successfully transferred to your bank account.
  • Rejected: Request rejected due to verification failure or policy violation.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
  • Maximum withdrawals per day: 1
  • Points deducted immediately upon withdrawal request submission.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds of points or payments may be issued in the following cases:

  • Failed Transactions: If a withdrawal payment fails due to technical issues on our end, points will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Deductions: If points are incorrectly deducted multiple times for a single transaction, excess points will be restored.
  • System Errors: If a system error results in incorrect point calculation, we will review and correct your balance.

5.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Points earned through fraudulent activities.
  • Failed withdrawals due to incorrect bank details provided by the user.
  • Withdrawals that have been successfully completed.
  • Points expired due to account inactivity (if applicable).
  • Account termination due to violation of terms.

5.3 Refund Process

  • Contact customer support with your registered email/phone and transaction details.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Points refunds are credited directly to your Mochen Rewards account.
  • Cash refunds (if applicable) are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Withdrawal Cancellation

  • Withdrawal requests can be cancelled only if the status is "Pending".
  • Once a withdrawal is "Approved" or "Processing", it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel a pending withdrawal, contact customer support immediately.
  • Cancelled withdrawal requests will have points restored within 24-48 hours.

6.2 Account Cancellation

  • You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
  • Upon account deletion, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
  • Pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before account deletion.
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

7. Razorpay Payment Terms

All payment transactions are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. By using our withdrawal services, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

7.1 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed via Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure.
  • All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days for bank transfers.
  • Transaction fees (if any) will be clearly displayed before confirmation.

7.2 Razorpay Payout Terms

  • Payouts are subject to Razorpay's payout policies and bank processing times.
  • Minimum payout amount is determined by Razorpay's policies (currently ₹1).
  • Bank holidays and weekends may affect payout processing times.
  • Failed payouts due to incorrect bank details may incur reversal charges.

7.3 Liability

  • Mochen is not liable for delays caused by Razorpay or banking systems.
  • For payment-related disputes with Razorpay, users must contact Razorpay support.
  • We will assist in facilitating communication but are not responsible for Razorpay's policies.

8. Disputes & Resolution

8.1 Dispute Filing

  • Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • Contact customer support with complete transaction details and supporting documents.
  • Include your registered email, transaction ID, and description of the issue.

8.2 Resolution Process

  • Disputes are reviewed within 7-10 business days.
  • Additional documentation may be requested during review.
  • Final decision will be communicated via email.
  • The Company's decision on disputes is final and binding.

8.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
